AVS Adhesive-backed Slit Tapes

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
AVS Slit Tapes are made by slitting the following standard silica and fiberglass fabrics which have been adhesive-backed:

AVSil 84CH - Silica Fabric
AVSil 188CH - Silica Fabric
ALM84CH - Aluminized Mylar Film on Silica
ALUMF2025 - Aluminum Foil Laminated Fiberglass Fabric

AVS Adhesive-backed Tape combines the non-raveling properties of a woven tape with an adhesive system to facilitate installation for various product applications. The adhesive system will start to decompose at a temperature above 500°F (260°C). AVSil Silica Tapes are intended for high temperature applications with continuous service up to 1800°F (982°C). ALUMF2025 aluminized fiberglass tapes are recommended for high temperature applications up to 1000°F (538°C).
